How do I change my subscription formula?

Do you want to push it further? Were you too greedy? Change of formula whenever you want!

  1. Go to your Gymlib mobile app and log in to your account. Chez that your app is up to date. Controleer of uw aanvraag up-to-date is;

  2. Go to your personal space via the Gymlib mobile app (top right) and click on "My current formula";

  3. Choose your new plan and then click on "Continue" then "Change formula". You will then receive a confirmation email.

If you choose a higher plan than your current plan:

You can change to a higher subscription formula whenever and as many times as you want. However, if you want to change to a lower subscription, you will need to wait until the end of your current monthly subscription.

This date when you performed the change will become the new renewal date for your subscription and you will be billed for that month on that date.

If you choose to downgrade your subscription:

You can change to a lower subscription formula once a month. This change will come into effect on your subscription's renewal date. If you then want to change to a higher subscription, you will need to wait for your next renewal date.

Important: If you have unused pulses at the end of your subscription month, only the number of pulses included in your new formula will be carried over to the next month. Don't forget to use all your pulses so as not to lose them!

For example: if you switch from a Rocky formula with 210 pulses to an Easy formula with 30 pulses, and you have 100 unused pulses left, 30 pulses will be transferred. You then have a total of 60 pulses (30 new pulses + 30 transferred) and not 130.

Good to know:

  • When you choose your new subscription, you can also change your payment method if you wish. If you do not change your payment method, you will be charged the current payment method on the renewal date of the subscription.

  • Your subscription will be renewed every month at the same time as the expiration date. This date is either the date of registration or the date of your last change to a higher subscription. You can find this date in your personal space. For example, if you subscribe at 4:00 PM on the 21st of the month, you'll be billed at 4:00 PM on the 21st of each month. If you upgrade your subscription at 3:00 PM on the 25th of the month, the renewal date will change and you will be billed at 3:00 PM on the 25th of each month.
