How do I change my subscription plan?
Want to upgrade? Or maybe you’ve chosen too many credits? You can change your plan whenever you want!
Open your Gymlib mobile app and log into your account. Make sure your app is up to date;
Click on your profile at the top right, then go to the "My Subscription" section and select the plan that suits you;
Click on “Switch to this plan” to confirm your choice. You will receive a confirmation email. The new plan will take effect on your renewal date (except for upgrades from one credit plan to a higher one).
If you are upgrading from one credit plan to a plan with more credits:
You can upgrade to a higher credit plan whenever you like, as many times as you want.
Your plan change date will become your new subscription renewal date, your credits will be added to your balance, and you will be charged the monthly price of your new plan on the same day.
If you are downgrading to a plan with fewer credits, or switching to an unlimited or Mix & Match plan:
Your change will take effect on your subscription renewal date. Important: If you want to upgrade to a higher plan again, you will have to wait until your renewal date.
Important: If you have unused credits at the end of your subscription month, only the number of credits included in your new plan will be rolled over to the next month. Be sure to use your credits to avoid losing them!
If you switch from a credit plan to an unlimited plan:
Your change will take effect on your subscription renewal date. Important: Any unused credits will be lost on the renewal date and the activation of your unlimited plan.
Good to know:
When choosing your new plan, you can also change your payment method. Otherwise, your current payment method will be charged again on your subscription renewal date.
Your subscription renews every month at the exact time and date of your initial subscription. This date may change if you upgrade to a higher plan. You can find this information in your personal space. Example: If you subscribe on the 21st of the month at 4:00 PM, you will be charged on the 21st of each month at 4:00 PM. If you upgrade to a higher plan on the 25th at 3:00 PM, your renewal date will change, and you will be charged on the 25th of each month at 3:00 PM.
