How do I pause my subscription?

If you don't want to use your subscription for a while, you have the option to pause it for 1 month:

  • Go to the Gymlib mobile app and log in to your account

  • Go to your personal space via the Gymlib mobile app (top right) and click on "My current formula"

  • Indicate the reason for your break

  • Click on "Pause today". A notification will appear with a confirmation and you will also receive an email. Your break starts immediately

Your remaining pulses will be frozen and will be valid for use again upon resumption. These will automatically resume at the end of your pause.

Your subscription will automatically resume on the end date of your break. You can view your pause date and resume date from your personal space.

Please remember to cancel your reserved sessions within the required specific deadlines of our partners. The pulses associated with your sessions will be credited back to your account if you cancel within the required times.

If you are not in these situations and wish to resume your subscription immediately, we invite you to contact our customer service.

Good to know:

  • You will not be charged for the duration of your subscription interruption*.

  • If you've sponsored other users, their subscriptions won't be paused.

  • Your usage data will be retained.

  • You can still enjoy the 100% digital unlimited offer.

  • Your reserved sessions are no longer valid. Please cancel your bookings within the times required by our partner infrastructures.

  • If you want to cancel your subscription during the break, your request will start on the end date of your current month.

  • To resume your subscription, you must wait for the next renewal date.

* If you subscribe to a Gymlib subscription and pause it immediately (this does not include people who are currently subscribing), an initial charge will be charged. When you resume your subscription, you will have credit to use.
