How do I unsubscribe?

We promised you: Gymlib is non-binding! You can unsubscribe from this at any time :

  • Go to the Gymlib mobile app and log in to your account;

  • Click on your personal space (top right) and then on "Current formula";

  • Get to know the conditions. Check "I have read and understand what this means" and click "Continue to unsubscribe";

  • State your reason for unsubscribing and then click "Continue";

  • Please indicate why you are staying with us and then click "Unsubscribe". A confirmation message will appear and you will also receive an email. Your deregistration will take effect on your renewal date. Remember to use your remaining pulses before this date!

You can resume your subscription whenever you want.

Good to know:

  • Your account and usage data will be deleted.

  • All your sessions with or without reservation as well as your pulses will be deleted. Thank you for canceling your reservations later than your unsubscribe date within the deadlines required by our partner infrastructures.

  • If you have referred other users, they will also be unsubscribed.

  • We do not reimburse a current month, even if the subscription has not been used that month, except on presentation of proof of a health problem.

  • If you have sponsored family members, they will also be unsubscribed (this does not apply to sponsored colleagues).
