How are my credits transmitted?

Do you have credits left at the end of your subscription month? No worries! They will be carried over to your next subscription month, up to the credit limit of your credits-based plan.

Example: It’s October 1st, and you choose a Gymlib subscription with 50 credits. By the end of your subscription month, you have 20 credits left. You stay on the same plan. Therefore, on November 1st (your subscription renewal date), you will have 70 credits, which include:

  • 50 new credits for the month of November.

  • 20 remaining credits from October.

Important: If you don't use any of your 70 credits in November, the 20 remaining credits from October will not roll over to December and will be lost. You will then have the credits corresponding to your subscription limit, which is 50 credits from November and 50 new credits for December (a total of 100 credits, the maximum allowed).

Your credits can roll over from one month to the next, with a maximum cumulative limit.

Too many or not enough credits? Change your subscription plan at any time or purchase additional credits!

Important:

  • If you switch to a plan with fewer credits than your current one and you still have remaining credits, they will roll over to your next subscription month, up to the credit limit of your new plan.

Example: You switch from a plan with 210 credits to a plan with 30 credits. You have 100 credits left from your 210-credit plan. Only 30 of those credits will roll over (the credit limit of your new plan), so you will have 60 credits in total, which include:

    • 30 credits from your new plan.

    • 30 rolled-over credits from the 100 remaining.

  • If you switch to an unlimited plan that doesn’t include credits, any remaining credits will be lost on the activation date of the unlimited plan. Be sure to use them before your renewal date!
