What are goals?
In the Gymlib app, you can set sports goals, track your progress, and access your entire activity history!
How to set them?
Go to the “Sessions” tab and click on “Set a goal” at the bottom of your screen.
You can set a goal for the number of weekly sessions, which must be between 1 and 5 sessions.
Once your goal is set, you can track it anytime from the "Sessions" tab. You can also view the history of your previous weeks and months in the "Tracking" tab.
