Due to the COVID-19 crisis, your Gymlib subscription was suspended on 16/03. Following recent announcements from the government regarding the reopening of sports and wellbeing venues all over France, your Gymlib subscription was automatically reactivated on 22/06.
What’s happening with my bills?
Your Gymlib subscription was automatically reactivated on 22/06. Despite this, your subscription renewal date will remain the same as before. That means you’ll be charged on your usual renewal date and not on 22/06 (unless your renewal date is the 22nd of every month).
You’ll find your renewal date at the top of the screen in your personal area on the app. You can access your personal area by clicking on the fourth icon on the bottom right of the screen:

Which venues are open?
Following the government’s latest announcements, all our partner venues are authorised to reopen from 15/06. You can view our partner venues on the website and app from the day they reopen. If a venue is not open, it will be marked as closed and you won’t be able to create a pass.
Given the large number of partners and the early authorisation for reopening sports and wellbeing venues in the Paris region, the Gymlib network will reopen gradually. We’re doing everything we can to make sure that all partner venues are available from 22/06.
Find a session:
- Search by venue, activity and/or geographical area;
- Visit the mobile app and enter the name of the venue into the search bar;
- Select the venue then create your pass.
Via the mobile app:
- Search by venue, activity and/or geographical area;
- Create your pass to gain access to your chosen activity.
Unfortunately, passes credited before subscriptions were suspended on 16/03 are no longer valid.
Each time you visit a venue, don’t forget to validate your pass via GPS.
Passes can only be used at one venue (or brand in some cases) and cannot be converted.

Have there been any changes to the Gymlib network?
On 22/07, CMG Sports Club will be leaving the Gymlib network. That means you’ll no longer be able to create passes and attend the venue via your Gymlib subscription.
From 22/06 to 22/07, you can continue to visit any CMG Sports Club venue, except for CMG Sports Club Waou Etoile, which will not be reopening.
However, you must book in advance to attend group classes and use cardio and weight-training areas. Reservations can be made by telephone or in person at all CMG Sports Club venues.
Once you have made a reservation, you cannot cancel your pass. If something comes up and you’re no longer able to attend, your pass will still be counted.
Showers are only open to people attending aquatic classes.
You’ll need to bring a pair of trainers for use in the gym only.
Good news! Keep Cool has joined the Gymlib network! More than 150 clubs will gradually join the network from 22/06. While you wait, you can already enjoy unlimited access to more than 100 clubs all over France (Île-de-France, PACA, Rhône-Alpes, Haut-de-France, Brittany, etc.)!
All Keep Cool gyms will be available on the Gymlib website and app from Tuesday 23/06.
Have there been any changes to the quotas for the venues?
Your Gymlib subscription allows you to access a single venue up to 5 times per month - with the exception of the venues listed here.
Following the COVID-19 crisis, some of the quotas for our partner venues have changed:
Episod: you’ll be able to attend 3 sessions per month at the brand’s venues until further notice.
Dynamo: you’ll be able to attend 2 sessions per month at the brand’s venues until further notice.
Electrostimulation: you’ll be able to attend 2 sessions per month at the venues of your choice.
Can I attend live classes from Gymlib partners?
For now, you won’t be able to access live paid classes from our other partner venues. But we’ve got some great surprises up our sleeve... Stay tuned!
To take advantage of this programme, you’ll need to have a Gymlib subscription (standard, advanced or premium). It’s not enough just to be registered on the Gymlib application.
What safety measures have been taken?
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, our partner venues have adopted new safety measures to allow you to enjoy your sports and wellbeing sessions with complete peace of mind. Here’s a list of some of the measures that have been taken:
- Compulsory booking for sessions.
- Floor markings to show safety distances.
- Hydroalcoholic gel provided. Please remember to bring your own too.
- 5m2 of individual space for group classes.
- A limit of 1 person per 5m2 for group classes.
- Restrictions on showers, saunas and steam rooms.
- Regular disinfection of material and equipment after each use. Please bring your own equipment (e.g. yoga mat).
- Every other locker sealed.
- Indicated entry and exit routes in changing rooms.
- Separation and distancing between cardio and weightlifting machines.
- Every other machine removed.
- Public showers closed for the first few weeks.
- Individual showers allowed. Single-use wipes are provided for disinfecting contact areas.
- Masks worn by coaches and clients during personal training sessions.
- Masks provided in some venues. Please remember to bring your own or you may be denied entry.
- Outdoor sessions favoured in orange zones.
